Refund of the Security Deposit
A deposit is taken to secure the time slot of your Disney Villa holiday and to cover any damages or incomplete inventory of the Disney Villa.
On successful completion of the Disney Villa’s inventory, the deposit will be returned within 14 days of the check-out date of the holiday.
Any breakages or missing items will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder will be returned.
If there are any breakages, if you would please inform us before you leave by emailing us here, this will speed up the process and enable us to have the item replaced for the next guest urgently.
Refund of the Booking Fees
The following are the three main categories on which refunds can be requested by yourself (the client.) This applies to the booking fees only and not the security deposit – this was detailed above.
- Booking fees that are cancelled within 12 weeks of the first day of your holiday are non refundable.
- 2. Bookings that are cancelled from 13 to 24 weeks before the first day of the booking are refunded at 50% of the total amount paid.
- 3. Bookings that are cancelled from 25+ weeks from the first day of the booking total payment is refunded in full.
